Job Duties:

Organization

1. Handle school staffing matters
2. Assist in post allocation and job assignment adjustments
3. Assist in requesting clarifications and suggested amendments to the detailed list of tiered responsibilities
4. Handle job affiliation and job description drafting matters
5. Handling of delayed call for teachers and application for called by principals
 

Appointment and Removals

1. Handle appointments, dismissal, reassignment and civil review of staff
2. Handle teacher appointment and salary matters
3. Application for reissuance of lost and changed teacher certificates
4. Handle the notice of public fee compensation for public fee students whose service has not expired
5. Please engrave and manage the title badge
6. Issuance of Teacher Appointment Letter and Part-time Appointment Letter (Notice)
7. Matters concerning the access and control of persons with disabilities and aboriginal people
8. Matters concerning the review of cases involving teachers and substitute teachers
9. Resignation matters for teaching staff
10. Staff suspension without pay
11. Educators query the roster and report matters
12. Matters concerning the agency roster of public servants (including concurrent administrative personnel)

1. Approval and transfer of principal’s business leave, going abroad and going to mainland China

9. Teacher performance assessment and rewards and punishments

11. Selection matters for senior teachers and service medals

12. Compilation and filling of personnel information reports
13. Issues concerning the establishment of the staff roster
14. Issuance of various personnel information certificates
