5. 畢業典禮學生頒獎事宜。

6. 提供中低收入戶、低收入戶學生名單及教科書補助事宜。

7. 學生基本資料建檔管理等。

  工作職掌:

1. 學校各項課程計畫之研發、擬定與評核。

2. 教學課程相關教育即時資料蒐集、彙整,提供教師參考運用。

3. 學校本位課程自編教材、教具之研究發展。

4. 整合校內外教學資源,以支援各領域教學需要。

5. 規劃辦理教師進修並協助教師發表或出版教學及研究成果等。

6. 學習型組織之建構與推動。

7. 科學展覽及科學教育之推動與落實。

8. 策劃校務評鑑相關事宜。

9. 督辦各領域教學研究會相關事宜。

10. 督導執行學校文化看板領域教學展示事宜。

11. 教科書之選用及請購。

12. 落實學校課程計畫。

13. 管理圖書設備。

14. 協助辦理領域特色活動。

15. 專科教室設備充實、維護、管理。

16. 其他主管交辦事項。


 資訊組長:吳振遠組長 (分機:13)

  工作職掌:

1. 學校資訊教學軟硬體環境及多媒體設施之建置、管理、擴充等。

2. 推動學校師生資訊教學、研習及相關活動之計畫擬定與推動。

3. 學校網頁建置、充實、管理,教師知識、經驗分享空間之規劃等。

4. 學校行政電腦化之推動。

5. 辦理資訊教學情境與課程之設計與執行。

6. 負責全校電腦及其周邊設備之管理與勘用之掌握。

7. 負責全校電腦及其周邊設備之維修申請與行政作業。

8. 維護學校之網站與資料之更新。

9. 參與上級單位之各項資訊研習與政令推動。

10. 其他主管交辦事項。

 


 Director of Academic Affairs:HUANG, JUN-HUI (Ext. 14)


 Section Chief of Curriculum:LU, XIN-YI (Ext. 15)

  Job Duties:

1. Arrangement of teachers' lessons.

2. Overseeing ask for leave and transfer, replacement or make up lessons.

3. Planning and implementing winter and summer vacation learning activities as well as remedial teaching related matters.

4. Promote teaching-related art (language) activities and competitions.

5. Internship and substitute teacher guidance matters.

6. Plan and implement the trial work of various regular assessments.

7. Calculation and bookkeeping of hourly fee for substitute tutoring.

8. Planning and handling matters related to teaching evaluation such as teaching observation.

9. Matters related to homework spot checks.

10. Compile the school semester and annual calendar.

11. Other matters assigned by the supervisor.

 
Section Chief of Registrar:SYU, PEI-CIH (Ext. 15)

  Job Duties:

1. Student performance process, make notification and deliver rewards, etc.

2. Students' multi-entry registration and examination publicity.

3. Handle management of student registration, class placement, transfer, dropout, and return to school.

4. Application for student scholarships (including scholarships for low-income students).

5. Awards for students at the graduation ceremony.

6. Provide students from low-income households’ textbooks and subsidies.

7. Student data file management, etc.

8. Other matters assigned by the supervisor.


 Section Chief of Curriculum Development:LYU, ZONG-JIE (Ext. 14)

   Job Duties:

1. Research and development, drafting and evaluation of various school curriculum plans.

2. Compiling real-time educational materials related to teaching courses, and provide teachers with reference for use.

3. Research and development of self-compiled textbooks and teaching aids for school-based courses.

4. Integrate teaching resources inside and outside the school to support teaching needs in various fields.

5. Plan and manage teacher training and assist teachers to publish or publish teaching and research results.

6. Construction and promotion of learning organization.

7. Promotion and implementation of science exhibitions and science education.

8. Planning school affairs evaluation related matters.

9. Supervise the relevant matters of teaching and research associations in various fields.

10. Supervise and implement the teaching display in the field of school cultural Kanban.

11. Selection and purchase of textbooks.

12. Implement the school curriculum plan.

13. Manage library equipment.

14. Assist in handling special activities in the field.

15. Enrichment, maintenance and management of specialist classroom equipment.

16. Other matters assigned by the supervisor.

 


 Section Chief of Information Technology:WU, ZHEN-YUAN (Ext. 13)

  Job Duties:

1. Construction, management and expansion of school information teaching software and hardware environment and multimedia facilities.

2. Promote the planning of information teaching, research and related activities for teachers and students in schools.

3. Construction, enrichment, and management of school webpages, planning of teachers' knowledge and experience sharing spaces, etc.

4. The promotion of school administration computerization.

5. Handle the design and implementation of information teaching situations and courses.

6. Management and exploration of computers and peripheral equipment in the whole school.

7. Maintenance, application and administrative operations of the computers and peripheral equipment in the school.

8. Maintain the school's website and update its information.

9. Participate in various information studies and promotion of government units.

10. Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
