2. 各項會計憑證之編製、審核。
3. 年終應收、應付、預收、預付事項之彙編。
4. 辦理併入決算、補辦預算、調整容納案件之審核。
5. 應付代收款及存入保證金等款項催辦清理事宜。
6. 採購案件及變賣財物等事項之監辦。
7. 年終保留案件之彙編。
8. 監盤抽查財物現金。
9. 辦理學校內部審核作業事項。
10. 會簽公庫支票。
11. 收款收據之核章。
12. 會計報告及決算報告之編造。
13. 會計檔案之整理保管。
14. 會計檔案之銷毀。
15. 彙辦審計機關審核通知聲復事宜。
16. 財物上增進效能及減少不經濟支出研究及建議。

統計

1. 各項會計業務統計報表之編製、稽催及審核。

Job Duties：

Budget

1. Annual budget (estimate) review, compilation and submission for approval.
2. Handle the report of the phased implementation plan and the income and expenditure estimation table.
3. Approval of budget plan changes.
4. Signing and reporting of amendments to the income and expenditure estimation form.

Accounting

1. Verification of various revenue and expenditure cases and original vouchers.
2. Preparation and review of various accounting documents.
3. Compilation of year-end receivables, payables, advance receipts, and advance payments.
4. Handle the review of cases of merging into final accounts, making up budgets, and adjusting accommodations.
5. Reminders for liquidation of payable collections and deposits, etc.
6. Supervision of procurement cases and sale of property, etc.
7. Compilation of year-end reserved cases.
8. Supervision and spot checks of property and cash.
9. Handle the school's internal audit work matters.
10. Countersign public treasury check.
11. Verification of receipt of payment.
12. Preparation of accounting reports and final accounts reports.
13. Arranging and keeping of accounting files.
14. Destruction of accounting files.
15. Matters concerning the auditing notice issued by the auditing agency of the Exchange Office.
16. Research and suggestions on improving performance and reducing uneconomical expenditures on property.
