5. 規劃出版學生刊物。

6. 協助學生籌組並推動學生自治會組織事宜。

7. 策劃實施新生訓練相關事宜。

8. 整合運用社區及家長資源,辦理各項文教活動。

9. 其他有關學生民主法治教育等活動。

10. 辦理學生急難扶助及仁愛基金管理。

11. 其他有關學生活動事宜。

12. 規劃執行班級壁報及學生作品展示事宜。

13. 校際交流活動。

14. 規劃辦理學生「服務學習」相關事宜。

  生教組長:廖家楓組長 (分機:17)

   工作職掌:

1. 籌組訓練並實施學生生活糾察服務隊事宜。

2. 規劃實施學生上、放學安全導護及校內外巡察事宜。

3. 協助教師進行學生服裝儀容、出缺席及作息管理等事宜。

4. 學生、師生衝突及偶發、意外事件之防制、處理及反映。

5. 處理學生適應不良、偏差行為等問題,並協助追蹤輔導。

6. 辦理學生請假及缺、曠課事宜。

7. 辦理學生品德考查及獎懲事宜。

8. 協助教師進行家庭訪視及家長聯絡事宜。

9. 協助教師輔導學生實踐生活須知及國民生活禮儀。

10. 輔導與管理學生校外生活。

11. 計畫及實施學生交通安全教育及宣導。

12. 課間巡視校園。

13. 其他有關學生安全、生活教育事宜。

14. 辦理「性別平等、性騷擾」等防治及處理相關事宜。

  體育組長:黃俊華組長 (分機:35)

   工作職掌:

1. 規劃實施學生體育活動及校內外體育教學訓練、競賽事宜。

2. 擬訂及實施參加各項體育活動競賽之培訓計畫。

3. 體育類校隊選手之發掘、培訓、支援管理及運動安全之維護事項。

4. 體育場所管理、運動器材購置及協助安全維護。

5. 辦理學生體能測驗及體育成績考查。

6. 協助推動教師休閒運動及體適能檢測。

7. 協助有關體育保健事宜。

8. 其他臨時交辦事項。

 

  衛生組長:楊孟樺組長 (分機:17)

   工作職掌:

1. 策劃實施學校環境整潔工作。

2. 規劃實施學校環保教育及能源教育。

3. 規劃辦理班級綠美化事宜。

4. 規劃籌組並推動「環境教育小組」組織事宜

5. 整合運用社區暨學校資源規劃辦理環境教育。

6. 蒐集環境資料,規劃、宣導並落實綠色消費政策。

7. 規劃全校衛生保健工作及其設備之請購、利用及維護等事宜。

8.調查彙整學生身體健康資料提供教師參考。

9.辦理學生衛生保健教育及緊急醫療照護。

10.學生意外受傷處理及醫護諮詢服務。

11.辦理學生午餐及食品衛生教育事宜。

12.辦理學生保險事宜。

13.推動學校衛生與健康促進計畫。

14.辦理中低收入戶、低收入戶、導師提報及身障等學生早、午餐補助事宜。

15.辦理員生消費合作社食品衛生督導檢視事宜。

 Director of Academic Affairs:YANG, YA-HAN (Ext. 16)

 

 Section Chief of Activities:CHEN, XIN-LING (Ext. 35)

  Job Duties:

    1. Plan and implement students' various internal and external academic arts, special talent performances and competitions.

    2. Promoting students' on-campus and off-campus teaching visits and holiday recreational activities.

    3. Planning student assemblies, class (weekly) meetings, school celebrations and graduation ceremonies and other celebrations.

    4. Planning and implementing student associations, recess and (young) scout activities.

    5. Plan to publish student publications.

    6. Assist students in organizing and promoting the organization of the Student Government Association.

    7. Planning and implementing freshman training related matters.

    8. Integrate and use community and parent resources to handle various cultural and educational activities.

    9. Other activities related to student democracy and rule of law education.

    10. Handle student emergency assistance and charity fund management.

    11. Other matters related to student activities.

    12. Planning and implementing class posters and displaying student works.

    13. Inter-school exchange activities.

    14. Planning and handling matters related to "service learning" for students.

    15. Other temporary assignments.

 Section Chief of Discipline:LIAO, JIA-FENG (Ext. 17)

  Job Duties:

    1. Organizing, training and implementing student life picket service teams.

    2. Planning and implementing safety guidance for students going to and from school and inspections inside and outside the school.

    3. Assist teachers in matters such as student clothing, absence and schedule management.

    4. Prevention, handling and reflection of student, teacher-student conflicts and occasional and accidental incidents.

    5. Deal with problems such as students' maladjustment and deviant behavior, and assist in follow-up counseling.

    6. Handle students' leave of absence and absenteeism.

    7. Handle student moral examination and reward and punishment matters.

    8. Assist teachers in home visits and parent liaison.

    9. Assist teachers to guide students to practice life instructions and national life etiquette.

    10. Counseling and managing students' off-campus life.

    11. Plan and implement student traffic safety education and publicity.

    12. Tour the campus between classes.

    13. Other matters related to student safety and life education.

    14. Prevention and handling of gender equality, sexual harassment and other related matters.

    15. Other temporary assignments.

 

 Section Chief of Physical Education:HUANG, JUN-HUA (Ext. 35)

  Job Duties:

    1. Planning and implementing student sports activities and sports teaching training and competitions inside and outside the school.

    2. Formulate and implement training plans for participating in various sports competitions.

    3. Discovery, training, support management and maintenance of sports safety for sports school team players.

    4. Management of sports venues, purchase of sports equipment and assistance in safety maintenance.

    5. Handle student physical fitness test and physical examination.

    6. Assist in promoting teachers' leisure sports and physical fitness testing.

    7. Assist in matters related to sports health care.

    8. Other temporary assignments.

 

 Section Chief of Hygiene:YANG, MENG-HUA (Ext. 17)

  Job Duties:

    1. Planning and implementing school environment cleaning work.

    2. Plan and implement school environmental education and energy education.

    3. Planning and handling the greening and beautification of the class.

    4. Planning, organizing and promoting the organization of the "Environmental Education Group."

    5. Integrate and use community and school resource planning to handle environmental education.

    6. Collect environmental data, plan, publicize and implement green consumption policies.

    7. Plan the health care work of the whole school and the purchase, utilization and maintenance of equipment.

    8. Investigate and compile students' physical health data for teachers' reference.

    9. Handle student health care education and emergency medical care.

    10. Handling of accidental injuries of students and medical consultation services.

    11. Handle student lunch and food hygiene education matters.

    12. Handle student insurance matters.

    13. Promote school hygiene and health promotion programs.

    14. Handle breakfast and lunch subsidies for low- and middle-income households, low-income households, tutor reports, and handicapped students.

    15. Handle the food hygiene supervision and inspection.

    16. Other temporary assignments.
